Nestled in the rolling hills of southeast Kansas, Mine Creek Farmstead (formerly Skyview Farm) is home to a small herd of Jersey cows and a simple belief: the best food comes from healthy animals, cared for by people who take the time to do things right.

We are a farmstead built around our dairy girls! We hand milk our jerseys twice a day- filtering direct into glass before refrigeration. A2A2 milk is available depending on lactation cycles, not all of our girls are homozygous. Excess milk is used to raise calves, as well as raise and finish pastured poultry and pork.

We raise Dexter Cattle, commercial wheat and grass hay. Buyers are coming from Omaha Nebraska, Des Moines Iowa, Wichita and Topeka Kansas, as well as Saint Joseph, Liberty and Kansas City Missouri.
